CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival with full refund of the deposit paid. For cancellations made within the 5 days before arrival, the full deposit will be retained. 

At the time of booking a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required (bank transfer). The balance of the stay will be requested on the day of arrival.

TOURIST TAX

According to the municipal regulations of Somma Lombardo, a tourist tax of € 0.50 per person per night is applied. The following categories are exempt: children under 14, students, carers of hospital patients, members of the police force on duty and other categories.

SELF CHECK-IN/OUT

• Self check-in from 2 p.m.

• Self check-out by 10 a.m.

LINEN AND CLEANING

Upon your arrival you will find sheets and towels included. Other clean towels and sheets are provided on request after a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Daily cleaning of the apartment is not provided.

NOT ALLOWED

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

• Parties or events are not permitted.

• Animals are not allowed.

PARKING

Free public parking is available in front of and around the building.
